On 30th of October, 2010, the DeepSystem boys promised a new single in order to celebrate their first year since they work together as a Romanian music band. They have a dance-club style of their own and their latest hit is "Work". They have concerts in Romania and are preparing for other three concerts in Albania. Yet, here they are, at Xenon Magazine, for an exclusive interview, to tell us the latest news about their activities.
DeepSystem - Work
Xenon Magazine: Who are the members of your band and how did you start this project? DeepSystem: The project was launched on 30th of October, 2009. The band is made up of two voices and a DJ - TH1 and Ciupy do the voices and Andreas Presta is the DJ. Initially we had only one voice and one DJ, but our "family" number was increased by adding another member.
Xenon Magazine: In your opinion, what brings success to a music band?
DeepSystem: Firstly the music they produce and how much the people appreciate it, and secondly the advertising the band gets.
Xenon Magazine: What influences do you have in your music? What original features does your music have?
DeepSystem: Our style is dance-club, but we can say we created a style of our own, a happier style. Some people say it is the "DeepSystem Style", but with some small influences.
Xenon Magazine: More and more artists create their own studios and music distribution systems. What is your approach?
DeepSystem: For us, the main distribution system is the Internet, the social networks accounts and other websites like that. We have been using for a while now our own studio - "Jhaps Production" set up by TuȘiRomânia, where there are working some other artists as well.
Xenon Magazine: Do you compose music for other bands as well? Which music bands are those?
DeepSystem: We create mainly for ourselves, for the DeepSystem projects and Da Fleiva & Bijue which also belong to TuȘiRomânia, but we can say that Flavius, also known for his newly launched stage name "Da Fleiva" is already well set in the music industry, while he is mostly known as a producer. He created music and worked for a lot of music celebrities from Romania, like Sonny Flame, DJ Robert Georgescu & Lara, Jimmy Dub, Toniq and others. He also created lots of remixes which became official, among which "Liberty Parade 2010", which was included later on its compilation album.
Xenon Magazine: In which countries did you have concerts? How is the live concert atmosphere?
DeepSystem: At the moment we had concerts in Romania and Albania, but we have some requests from Greece, Italy and Spain. The feeling during the concert is unique, you can't really describe it when you are in front of hundreds, or even thousands of people and you make them feel great. It's a magic moment.

Xenon Magazine: What projects are you working on right now? A new album?
DeepSystem: We just launched our latest single, "Work", by working with the Rappin'on Production Team and we are waiting for the results. It could lead to an album, but at the moment we are in talks with certain production companies.
Xenon Magazine: What other music artists did you work with?
DeepSystem: So far we worked only with Da Fleiva (formerly known as Flavius) for the "Arabesque" song and with the Rappin'on Production team for the song-hit "Work". But soon we are going to work with other artists as well.
Xenon Magazine: You distribute your songs freely on the Internet. How do you earn financially from your music?
DeepSystem: Yes, our songs are available to be downloaded by anyone from everywhere on the Internet. Financially, we earn our money from the concerts.
